God is good, He loves you, and I believe He wants to heal you. Do you believe this?
God created you to dominate the world and not to let the world dominate you. Encountering God’s love made a significant impact in my life and I would love you to experience this and more. As I started to read the Bible and found out about God’s promises I became so passionate to see His Kingdom on earth. I believe that if God promised something in His Word (The Bible), He wants us to have it. When I pray I believe that God is asking me whatever I ask in the name of Jesus because this is what The Bible tells me. I pray expecting God to answer.
Since the Bible says that by Jesus’ stripes we were healed (Isaiah 53:5), I believe this is true. on 1st April 2017, I prayed with faith being ready to receive the healing that God had promised to me and now I am completely healed – God healed my hyperthyroid. Someone told me a few months ago that she believes that God is looking at our faith when we ask Him for something. This is so true. I believed that God healed me even before I asked for healing and soon the healing manifested in my body. “Just as you have believed, let it be done to you” told Jesus to the centurion in Matthew 8:13. What He said over 2000 years ago He is saying it today. After I prayed I gave thanks to God for healing me. I didn’t look at what the doctors said or at my symptoms, I looked at the promise that God made to me through the Bible and I believed He healed me.
There are so many Bible verses on HEALING and FAITH but I want to share the most relevant to me that I am using them in prayers.
8. “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he” – Proverbs 23:7 KJV
9. “Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness“ – Matthew 9:35 NIV
10. “My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body” – Proverbs 4:20-22 NIV
